We weren't ready.....

In March of 2020 COVID-19 hit.... even though we were sunbathing on the beaches of Antigua, we were still planning out our next vacation. On our return Greece was to be our next destination in the summer 2020!! Sadly, after our return we realized things were totally getting worse with Corona virus so we had to put a pause on Greece until things stabilized. My dreams of watching the sunsets over the Aegean sea, strolling the streets of Santorini while holding hands, & devouring the most Authentic cuisines.... were all put on hold.

The best part about this delay is the fact I get to do more digging in my exploration of Greece. Plan my trip in a way that if I never returned , I would be satisfied with what I experienced.

What Roles have you played while traveling?

Sometimes on vacation we pretend to be other people, some our favorite characters from movies we love. Why Not? I'm in another country that I have often fanaticized about, so why not keep the fantasy going with my "Mr. Big". Love, Marriage and passion can often get lost in everyday mundane activities, like washing clothes, making dinner, or even answering to "Mom" or "Dad" fifty million times. We love having our own identities but trust me, it's also fun pretending to have no responsibilities on a beautiful Island for a few days.... So if you ever see me on one of my exotic trips. Don't call me Mrs. Minerva, call me "Mrs. Smith".
